Last update

Had to do the last update, and now I can not access the game at all!! If I can not play the game, will I get reimbursed all the money I spent in the game?? Please send me all my money back, or fix the game so I can play again. Thank you..... Its been a few weeks, and I still have no access to the game. How do I get reimbursed for all the upgrades I purchased? I spent money on this game, not knowing I would be locked out a few months after I purchased items.
